AmaZulu Land Highlanders Midfielder Mason Mushore Ahead of New Season
South Africa bound Highlanders FC midfielder Mason Mushore has officially said his goodbyes to the Bulawayo giants, just hours before Bosso wrap up their Castle Lager PSL season against Chicken Inn at Barbourfields Stadium.
Both Highlanders and Chicken Inn head into the final day locked on 38 points, with relegation pressure hovering over the two Midlands rivals in what will be a nervy finish.
Mushore, however, is preparing for the next chapter of his career as he seals a move to AmaZulu FC, where he will link up with fellow Zimbabwean Thandolwenkosi Ngwenya, formerly of FC Platinum. His switch adds to the growing number of young Zimbabwean talents heading to the South African topflight.
In a heartfelt farewell letter shared on Facebook, Mushore thanked the club’s hierarchy, the coaching staff and the passionate Bosso faithful for their support throughout his stay at Tshilamoya.
He highlighted the trust shown in him, the development he received under the technical team, and the strong connection he formed with the supporters — sentiments that underline how deeply he valued his time with the club.
Below is an excerpt from his message:
